Changing Your Password

Keeping your Sociera password secure is essential for protecting your account and personal data. Follow these steps to change your password easily.

1. Accessing Password Settings

• Launch the Sociera App: Tap the Sociera icon on your device to open the app.

• Navigate to Settings: Tap the "Settings" tab in the navigation menu.

• Go to Password Settings: Under Manage Your Account, select "Changing Your Password."

2. Changing Your Password

• Enter Your Current Password: Type your existing password to confirm your identity.

• Set a New Password: Choose a strong password with at least:

  • 8 characters

  • 1 uppercase letter

  • 1 number

• Confirm Your New Password: Re-enter the new password to ensure accuracy.

• Save Changes: Tap "Save" to update your password.

3. What Happens Next?

• Your password is updated immediately.

• You will remain logged in on your current device.

• For security reasons, you may need to log in again on other devices.

• Avoid using easily guessable passwords like "password123" or "Sociera2024."
