Keeping your Sociera account secure is essential for protecting your data and ensuring a safe experience.
1. Verifying Your Email and Phone Number
Open the Sociera app.
Tap your profile icon in the bottom-right corner.
Go to Settings > Account.
Ensure your email address is verified.
If needed, add a phone number for an alternative login method.
2. Using a Strong Password
Create a password with at least 8 characters, including uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
Avoid using common words or personal details.
Change your password periodically for extra security.
3. Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) (if available)
Go to Settings > Security.
Enable 2FA to add an extra layer of protection when logging in.
