Reporting a User
If you encounter inappropriate behavior or violations of Sociera’s community guidelines, you can report a user.
1. Reporting a User from Their Profile
Navigate to the user’s profile.
Tap the More Options (⋮) button.
Select Report User.
Choose a reason for the report and provide additional details if necessary.
Tap Submit Report to send your complaint to the Sociera moderation team.
2. Reporting a User from a Message
Open the chat with the user.
Tap the More Options (⋮) button.
Select Report Message and choose the reason.
Submit the report for review.
3. Tracking Your Report
Reports are reviewed by Sociera’s moderation team.
You may receive an update regarding the status of your report.
For serious violations, immediate action may be taken against the reported user.
Tips for Reporting Users
Only report genuine violations – Misuse of reporting may result in restrictions on your account.
Provide clear details – The more context you give, the easier it is for moderation to take action.
Block the user if needed – If someone is bothering you, you can block them while the report is being processed.
Check community guidelines – Ensure the behavior you’re reporting violates Sociera’s policies.
